WM raised the waste collection rate $.87/month. During Thursday's meeting, the Governing Body approved increasing the monthly bill $.87 starting on February 1, 2024 bills. Here is a breakdown of the change: 

Regular Service (4.5% increase):

Old rate - $19.17

New rate - $20.04

Senior Service (4.8% increase): 

Old rate - $18.17

New rate - $19.04

This increase equals:

$.22/week (approximately)

$.87/month

$10.44/year

Customers will continue to receive the same trash, recycling, yard waste and bulky item service. Trash (95 gal) and recycling bins (65 gal) are provided to all customers at no cost.
