[ARCHIVED] Mayor issues Arbor Day proclamation

Mayor Joe Berkey issued a proclamation recognizing April 28 as Arbor Day in the City of Spring Hill.

The proclamation states that trees benefit the environment, as well as serve as a renewable resource. 

Arbor Day was first observed in Nebraska with the planting on more than a million trees.
