Overview

The Civic Center is home to City Hall and several event spaces available for the public to rent for meetings, parties, and other special events. 

• The 401 Event Space is the largest space inside the Civic Center making it a great location for parties and meetings. The 401 has kitchen facilities, 10 (60-inch round) tables, 80 chairs and A/V equipment. 
• The gymnasium is a is a multipurpose space with two basketball courts, a volleyball court, a pickleball court, stowaway bleachers and a stage. 
• The Meadowlark and Sunflower Rooms are former classrooms converted into multipurpose spaces. Each room has 4 tables and 20 chairs available for set-up. 

Civic Center event spaces are available to rent Monday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. The Civic Center is closed and rentals are not available on City observed holidays, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve.

Civic Center rental rates are established by resolution. In addition to rental fees, a security deposit is due at the time of reservation. Security deposits are refundable if the rental space is determined to be clean, the cleaning checklist is completed and returned to City staff; and all the terms of the rental contract are followed.
