Overview

The Meadowlark Room is a former classroom converted into multipurpose space and has 4 tables and 20 chairs available for set-up. 

In addition to rental fees, a $100 security deposit is due at the time of reservation. Security deposits are refundable if the rental space is determined to be clean, the cleaning checklist is completed and returned to City staff; and all the terms of the rental contract are followed. 

Rental Rates and Hours: 

Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.	Rates: $15 per hour	Rental Time Minimum: Two Hours
Prime Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Prime Hours – Weekend: Saturday & Sunday 8:00 a.m. to Midnight	Rates: $20 per hour	Rental Time Minimum: Two Hours

*Multipurpose rooms are closed on City observed holidays.
