Safe Streets for All: Community Sidewalk Event

Thursday, March 27, 2025

Share your input on traffic safety in Spring Hill. Meet first responders, explore city vehicles, and learn about the SS4A initiative while enjoying coffee and muffins.

Spring Hill is working to create safer streets for all through the Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP), developed as part of the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) initiative. This plan combines data analytics and community input to develop strategies aimed at reducing and eliminating serious-injury and fatal crashes in our community.

This family-friendly, interactive event is your chance to share feedback on traffic safety concerns while getting an up-close look at the people and equipment that help keep our roads safe.

What to Expect:

  • Meet first responders and city staff from Police, Fire, and Public Works.
  • Explore police, fire, and public works vehicles and equipment up close.
  • Learn about the SS4A initiative and how it can help Spring Hill secure federal grants for future road projects.
  • Share your perspective on traffic safety concerns. Whether you're a driver, cyclist, pedestrian, or parent, your input helps shape strategies for safer streets.
  • Enjoy coffee and muffins while connecting with city staff and the SS4A team.

If you can't make this event, you can still contribute! Complete the survey or share your input on the interactive map on the SS4A webpage.
