Reservations open to groups 45 or less. Face masks are required. 

  • Guests should plan and come prepared for your activity or meeting to limit time needed in the facility.
  • Meetings and/or activities are limited to those participating.
  • All guest must be able to fit in your designated meetings room. Cannot overflow into the hallway.
  • Guests should socialize or wait outside of the facility where social distancing can be achieved.
  • Sanitize your hands upon arriving and before leaving our facilities.
  • Guests will be asked to sign-in.
  • You are required to wear a face covering over your nose and mouth.
  • Please stay home if you are sick.
  • Be patient, flexible and kind.
  • Social distancing is highly encouraged throughout the facilities.

Overview

The Spring Hill Community Center is a great location for wedding receptions, family reunions, parties or meetings. Rentals are available 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday.
20 tables (8 feet long) and 106 chairs are available.
A $200 security deposit is due at the time of reservation in addition to the rental fee. 
Rental fees are as follows:
  • $20 per hour, two-hour minimum during regular hours (6 a.m. to 4 p.m Monday through Friday) 
  • $25 per hour, four-hour minimum during prime hours (5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday) 
  • $200 daily rent — Friday (optional), Saturday and Sunday 8 a.m. to midnight
Persons renting the Community Center are responsible for cleaning. Security deposits will be refunded if the building is found in good order and all keys are returned with the cleaning checklist after the rental.
