The Sunflower Room is a former classroom converted to a meeting space for up to 38 people. Tables and chairs are set up in this multi-purpose flooring room. 

A minimum rental of two hours is required.
A $100 security deposit is required to reserve the building and is refundable if the building is found to be clean and the terms of the 
rental contract followed. 
A nonrefundable fee is also charged. Rates are as follows:

  • Regular hours (6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday) $15 per hour, two-hour minimum.
  • Prime hours (5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday and holidays) $20 per hour, two-hour minimum.
