The 401 Event Space is the largest space inside the Civic Center making it a great location for parties and meetings. The 401 Event Space has kitchen facilities, 10 60-inch round tables, 80 chairs and optional A/V equipment. 

In addition to rental fees, a $200 security deposit is due at the time of reservation. Security deposits are refundable if the rental space is determined to be clean, the cleaning checklist is completed and returned to City staff; and all the terms of the rental contract are followed. 

Rental Rates and Hours: 

Regular Hours:

Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.


$40 per hour

Rental Time Minimum:

Two Hours

Prime Hours:

Monday - Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Prime Hours – Weekend:
Saturday & Sunday 8:00 p.m. to Midnight


$45 per hour

Rental Time Minimum:

Four Hours

*Reservations on holidays will be calculated at prime hour rates

Additional Fees

  • A/V Equipment: $50
  • Activity Assistance (set-up and tear-down): $40
