The 401 Event Space is the largest space inside the Spring Hill Civic Center with kitchen facilities, 10 round tables, 80 chairs, and space for up to 135 people.
A minimum rental of two hours is required.
A $200 security deposit is required to reserve the building and is refundable if the building is found to be clean and the terms of the 
rental contract followed.
A nonrefundable fee is also charged. Rates for the 401 Event Space are as follows:
  • Regular hours (6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday) $40 per hour, two-hour minimum. 
  • Prime hours (5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday and holidays) $45 per hour, four-hour minimum.

  • A/V Equipment: $50
  • Activity Assistance (set-up and tear-down): $40
