UPDATE: Internet service has been restored and all utility bill payment methods are active.
City Hall is experiencing an internet outage. It is an issue from our internet service provider. This affects our online bill pay system and phone lines. Residents cannot currently pay utility bills online or call City offices.
Residents can pay by cash or check in person at City Hall today, but not by credit card. If you would like to contact a City department, email addresses are in the

The internet vendor is currently working to resolve the outage today, and will update residents when service is restored. Thank you for your patience!
