The Webster Street improvements project is scheduled to enter Phase 4 on Thursday, September 16 at 10 a.m.

The project's contractor, Superior Bowen, will close the northbound lanes of Webster from South Street to Lawrence Street. Northbound traffic will be detoured to Madison Street. Traffic will be able to access Spring Hill Elementary School. Southbound traffic will reopen on Webster. 

Phase 4 is the final phase of concrete repair work. After completing Phase 4, Superior Bowen will finish all lanes of Webster between 207th and South Street with an overlay.
