[ARCHIVED] S&P Global Ratings says Spring Hill economy is "strong"

S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-" rating to Spring Hill. 

The credit-rating agency says Spring Hill has a strong economy, strong management, adequate budgetary performance, very strong budgetary flexibility, very strong liquidity, very weak debt and contingent liability profile, and strong institutional framework.
