The Spring Hill Aquatic Center is still actively searching for lifeguard candidates to safely operate our pool this year. Lifeguard pay starts at $9 per hour with in-house Red Cross certified training eligible for reimbursement. All employees are eligible for an end of season bonus.

The Aquatic Center prioritizes safety of the guests and staff. The nation-wide lifeguard shortage has affected the Spring Hill Aquatic Center.  These capacity restrictions and hours are set to ensure safety of guests and staff. We are hoping to increase our capacity and hours by hiring more lifeguards. Lifeguard applications are available here: https://www.springhillks.gov/Jobs.aspx.
