[ARCHIVED] City seeking updated contact information

Help us serve you better!

The Spring Hill Utility Billing desk is asking all utility customers — water, sewer and trash — to be sure their contact information is updated.

The City is working to provide new ways to notify customers about the status of their account. In the future, this system could be used to provide emergency alerts such as boil orders or natural disasters.

To update your contact information, email with your name, address and new contact information; call (913) 592-3626; or fill out the form in your hard copy of the newsletter and include with your mailed utility payment.

Did you know the City already operates an alert system? You can sign up for emails or text messages for categories such as emergency alerts, new agendas, trash collection reminders and more! Sign up at
