The City is not accepting facility reservations at the Spring Hill Civic Center or Spring Hill Community Center at this time. All those who reserved space through Jan. 31, 2021, have been notified and canceled. 

Meetings of the Governing Body, Planning Commission, Parks Advisory Board and Cemetery Board will continue to be held in-person. However, Council and Board members along with staff will be seated to comply with social distancing recommendations. Seating for public attendees in the meeting rooms will be arranged to comply with social distancing. Masks are required to be worn by all. Recent directives by Johnson County limit public gatherings to no more than 50 or 50% of the room occupancy. It is possible that seating of Board members and staff in the Council Chambers may limit public attendance to less than the limits established by Johnson County.
