The Miami County Commissioners set aside $100,000 in Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security (CARES Act) Funds to assist businesses. There is the potential that additional funds may become available within the next 60-days. However, applicants should not rely on that possibility.
To qualify, businesses and nonprofit organizations must show they need the funding due to revenue losses generated by the impacts of COVID-19. This includes revenue lost due to event cancellations, business closures or lost sales.
The second round application portal closes at Nov. 4, 2020.
