Applications must be received at City Hall, Attn: City Clerk, 401 N. Madison, P. O. Box 424, Spring Hill, KS, 66083, by 5 p.m., Sept. 11, 2020. You may also email your application to cityclerk@springhillks.gov, Subject Line – Board Application. Those who submitted an application earlier this year have been notified and are still being considered for a board position.
