Are you in need of Internet this year? The City is offering workspace and WiFi access for students and work from home residents.
Mayor Steven Ellis and the City Council are happy to announce the City of Spring Hill is offering workspace and WiFi access for up to 15 residents from 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Civic Center, 401 N. Madison St. Social distancing will be provided between work spaces and masks will be required. The City encourages those that participate to bring fully-charged devices as outlet space is limited.
Students 10 and younger must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older.
The City has applied for funding for hotspots and work space partitions that, if approved, will increase our ability to serve a total of 30 to 35 residents.
To reserve your space at the Civic Center, please contact Gabi Kempf by calling (913) 592-3664 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Reserving a spot is recommended as space is limited.
