[ARCHIVED] City offering Internet for students throughout school year

Study Hall 2020 with hours of operation

Do you have a student in need of Internet?

Mayor Steven Ellis and the City Council are happy to announce the City of Spring Hill is offering workspace and WiFi access for up to 15 students from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Civic Center, 401 N. Madison St. Social distancing will be provided between workspaces and masks will be required. The City encourages those that participate to bring fully-charged devices as outlet space is limited.

The City has applied for funding for hotspots and work space partitions that, if approved, will increase our ability to serve a total of 30 to 35 students.

To reserve your space at the Civic Center, please contact Gabi Kempf by calling (913) 592-3664 or email reservations@springhillks.gov. Reserving a spot is recommended as space is limited.
