After-hours utility emergencies
It’s 8 p.m. on a Saturday and you find a water leak. What do you do? The City has a 24-hour utility emergency line for after-hour issues such as water leaks or sewer backups. If your utlity emergency occurs outside of business hours, please call (913) 247-3521. If the utility emergency occurs during business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday), call City Hall at (913) 592-3664.
Resident RequestTracker
Pesky pothole in your neighborhood? There’s an easy way to report it. The RequestTracker is a tool that can be used to report your concerns to the City. It can be used for reporting code violations, animal complaints, potholes or other concerns. Find this tool on our website at www.springhillks.gov/RequestTracker.aspx

One of the most useful tools on our website comes in the form of NotifyMe. You can sign up with your email address and/or phone number to receive direct alerts from the City. Subscribe today to receive emergency notifications, trash reminders, City newsletter alerts or notifications when a new agenda is posted for City Council or other City board meetings.
