Do you or someone you know have an outstanding warrant out of Spring Hill Municipal Court?
Our second annual Amnesty Day — in conjunction with Johnson County municipal courts’ countywide amnesty event — is a way to get an issue resolved without the fear of being arrested.
Appear in Spring Hill Municipal Court at the Civic Center, 401 N. Madison St., between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, and your warrant will be set aside. Penalty late fees and warrant fees will also be set aside.
Consideration of partial payments and payment plans will be at the discretion of the judge. Payment can be made by cash, check, credit or debit card.
This is a one-day amnesty offer. The prosecutor, judge and court staff will only be available between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to assist you.
This event is for Spring Hill Municipal Court cases. Other Johnson County cities conducting Amnesty Days in September include Fairway, Leawood, Merriam, Mission, Mission Hills, Olathe, Overland Park, Prairie Village, Roeland Park and Shawnee. For questions, please call the Court Clerk at (913) 592-3624.
