We're currently troubleshooting issues with our new payment processor for utility billing. We anticipate it should be available to you early next week.
This impacts online utility billing payments only. You will not be able to set up your new web account or pay your utility bill online this weekend.
The late fee will not be assessed until Feb. 21. You have through Feb. 20 to make a payment without penalty. You can make a payment in person at City Hall 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with cash, check, card or money order or over the phone any time, day or night, by calling 1 (833) 431-1750. You will need your account number and your house number.
