Pet license registrations due March 1

It’s that time of the year again to renew your pet licenses with the City.
Spring Hill regulations require that all dogs and cats that are six months of age or older be licensed. Licenses are due on or before March 1.
A $5 fee is charged for spayed or neutered dogs and cats before March 1, with a $10 fee for animals which have not been spayed or neutered. Documentation of spay/neuter must be provided to receive the discount. A $1 penalty is applied for each calendar month after the deadline.
Application for animal licensing must be submitted to City Hall, PO Box 424, Spring Hill, KS 66083. Applications can be found online at www.springhillks.gov/130/pet-licenses-and-permits Documentation must be provided showing your pet’s current rabies vaccination with the application.
If you have more than two dogs, the City requires owners to fill out an application for special permission to keep more than two dogs.
