Your utility bills have new look in February! With new software implemented, utility bills and the online web pay for every Spring Hill water, sewer and trash customers are affected.
Bills were mailed late this month due to the software upgrade, which pushes the penalty deadline back to Feb. 20 only.
Every online utility customer will have to re-establish their web account, beginning Feb. 9. Check out our how-to guide on reading your new bill statement as well as establishing your online account.
The billing update is part of a citywide software upgrade for departments which include Municipal Court, Community Development, Finance and Public Works.
