[ARCHIVED] City Announces Vacancy on Council

Councilman Clint Gillis recently announced his resignation to the Spring Hill City Council; therefore, a vacancy on the City Council is open.  The City is accepting applications for a resident to serve on the City Council for the remainder of his term, which ends January 2020.  Applicants must live in the city limits of Spring Hill, Kansas, and be a qualified elector.  Regular meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at the Community Center, 613 S. Race St.  Special meetings are held at the call of the Mayor.  Applications are available at City Hall, 102 S. Main St. or at  Applications will be accepted at City Hall until noon, September 25, 2017.  If you need further information, please contact the City Clerk at (913) 592-3664. Application
