Spring Hill City Hall staff have relocated to temporary locations in downtown Spring Hill, where they will remain for the duration of the Spring Hill Civic Center renovation. 

Visit 102 S. Main Street for most City Hall services, including: 

• Utility payments.
• Connecting and disconnecting utility service.
• Municipal court transactions.
• Purchasing pet licenses.
• Season passes, swim lessons, and rentals at the Spring Hill Aquatic Center. 
• Renting the Spring Hill Community Center. 

A drop box is also available for after-hours utility payments. The drop box is located next to the utility pole in front of the building.

Community Development services are available at our Public Works Department at 502 E. Nichols. This building is just north of our temporary City Hall at 102 S. Main. Visit this location to: 

• Apply and pay for building permits. 
• Apply and pay for building and zoning applications and fees. 

Municipal court and city meetings have moved to the Spring Hill Community Center at 613 S. Race St. Visit this location for: 

• Municipal Court (first and third Tuesday).
• City Council meetings (second and fourth Thursday of the month).
• Broadband Task Force meetings (fourth Tuesday of the month).
• Parks Advisory Board (Green Board) meetings (third Monday of the month).
• Planning Commission meetings (first Thursday of the month).
• Public Safety Advisory Board meetings (first Monday of the month).

City services, court, and meetings will return to the Spring Hill Civic Center at the completion of the Civic Center revitalization project, which is expected to end in early 2018. The project will involve extensive renovations to the Civic Center's gymnasium, reception room, public meeting spaces, and security features.
