Waiting to pay your utility bill until the day it’s due is pretty common: so common, in fact, that our online payment server sometimes grinds to a halt on the 15th each month! While paying your utility bill as soon as you can is always a good idea, there are a a few other ways to ensure your bill is paid on time.
If you must pay your bill on the 15th, try using other payment methods. You can drop your payment off at City Hall, or you can pay over the phone by calling 877-690-3729. You will need to know the jurisdiction code (6528), your account number, the amount you need to pay, and your credit card number. It’s a good idea to have your bill with you if you’re paying over the phone.
