[ARCHIVED] Warming Center at the Civic Center

Because the Spring Hill community is expecting exceptionally cold temperatures for the remainder of the week, the Spring Hill Governing Body has elected to have the Civic Center open each night this week through Friday. Should you find yourself in a position that you need to find a warming shelter or know of someone who may need to find a place to keep warm, the City has elected to open the Civic Center on Madison Street for this evening and throughout tomorrow in order to provide refuge. Please enter through the northern most door on Madison Street (closest to the flag pole) and the reception room will be open for use. A Spring Hill Police Officer will visit from time to time in order to ensure that everything is fine.
