From 4 to 5 p.m. on October 31, bring the kids (and kids at heart) to snag Halloween treats from our City Hall employees.
Enter through the south main entrance doors of the Civic Center (accessible from the east or west side of the building). The north doors (facing Madison) are exit only for this event.
