To start sewer, trash, and/or water service at your new home, simply fill out this form and turn it in at City Hall or email the completed and signed form to email@example.com. Please note that a valid photo ID is required with every application to verify identity.
A hook-up fee is due at the time of application for water and sewer customers. The cost is $45 each. Please contact the Utility Billing office to verify if the city is your water provider. You may pay the fee at City Hall or online.
City offices are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, services are processed at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Any service request received after 3:30 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
While all of our residents must fill out this application to start trash and sewer service, not all residents live in the Spring Hill Water District.
Please note that trash services can start as early as 72 business hours after your application has been received.
Stop utilities service If you are moving away from your current residence, you can fill out this form to stop sewer and/or water service at your home. You can turn in the form at City Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Services are processed at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Any service request received after 4 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
